Dear Friends and Partners,

On behalf of Huron Farmworkers Ministry, We want to extend our warmest congratulations to TNO – The Neighbourhood Organization on the remarkable occasion of its 40th anniversary. Since its founding in 1985, TNO has grown into a cornerstone of community support offering vital services across Ontario.

Over these four decades, TNO has remained deeply committed to strengthening lives through programs in settlement, employment, health access, youth support, and more. Its mission to build neighbourhoods where everyone belongs and succeeds mirrors our own values at Huron Farmworkers Ministry, as we work alongside migrant farmworkers and their families to promote dignity, justice, and community.

Your legacy of equity, inclusion, and partnership has made a lasting impact. Through your services, you have lifted up newcomers, supported marginalized communities, and created space for hope and transformation.

As you celebrate this milestone with your Emerald Gala and community events, we celebrate you. May the evening be filled with joy, culture, stories of resilience, and the promise of many more years of collaboration and service.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Mexico in Ottawa. Your ongoing support and advocacy are critical, especially for the many Mexican farmworkers in our region. Your engagement helps amplify their voices, protect their rights, and foster safer, more supportive working and living conditions.

Thank you for standing with us and with the farmworker community. Your partnership strengthens not only individuals, but entire families and neighbourhoods.

Here’s to 40 years of TNO’s service and to many more years of solidarity, growth, and shared purpose.

With deep gratitude and warm regards,

Huron Farmworkers Ministry
